First Fourth of July!

Ok, so I'm a bit behind in posting about Brian's first 4th of July! I just realized that I never did!!! There's not too much to write about, since it was a very dreary day... we sat inside all day and we weren't able to light any or see any fireworks. What a bummer for our first Fourth with our little guy!! Brian had a tummy ache that day and went through, I believe, 5 different red, white and blue outfits!!! Poor little guy, I felt so bad for him! One of his outfits, though, was a Cardinals jersey that my mom bought for Brian to make daddy happy. :) While I cringe at the mere thought of my son in a Cardinals jersey, it was pretty cute and Vahe was soooooo happy!!! We ate burgers (yes, Vahe grilled in the rain!) and hung out with my parents, Alissa, Robby and Gentry. The boys had fun playing together, and Gentry showed his love for Brian by head-butting him at the end of the night! LOL All in all, Brian had a so-so first Fourth, but at least we were all together! Hopefully next year will be a lot more fun for him!
